Overlooking Newtown Creek and the East River with views of the Manhattan skyline, Tower 77 was positioned as a modern rental address defined by scale, views, amenities, and urban energy. Krinsky Design developed the brand positioning, naming, identity, website, signage, floor plans, neighborhood photography, print collateral, and branded materials to support the full leasing rollout.
