ONE38 was positioned as a premier destination for wellness-driven rental living in Mott Haven, with 450 residences, interiors by Michaelis Boyd, and more than 40,000 square feet of amenities. Krinsky Design shaped the brand around balance, energy, and elevated urban comfort, creating an identity system anchored by a logo mark that brings together the O, 3, and 8 while subtly referencing wellness as the heart of the building.
